RehabCountries.com ("RehabCountries," "we," "us") is operated by Scout Theory LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because this site deals with sensitive health-related topics, we've tried to keep this policy specific rather than boilerplate.
When you use our contact form or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you provide directly: name, email, phone number, the country you're considering, and any message content. We also collect standard analytics data automatically (pages visited, general location, device type, and referral source) through Google Analytics.
If you ask to be connected with a treatment program, we share the information necessary to make that introduction (typically name, contact details, and the context you provided) with the specific partner program you're interested in. We do not share your information with any partner without your inquiry indicating interest in being connected.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic. You can opt out using your browser settings or a browser extension such as Google's Analytics Opt-out add-on. This site does not use behavioral advertising trackers.
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where applicable, to maintain records of a referral. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You can ask us to delete information you've submitted at any time by emailing andy@colombiamedical.co. We'll honor deletion requests except where we're required to retain records by law.
This site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
